We are a small business currently shipping tote bag orders once per week.

Processing & Shipping Schedule

All orders are processed and shipped every Tuesday at 9:00 AM (EST).

Orders placed after Monday at 11:59 PM (EST) will ship the following Tuesday.

Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.
Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

After your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

VetVoyage, LLC is not responsible for:

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, VetVoyage, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we ship within the United States only.
